Senior Business Analyst.

Location : Ahmedabad

Mandatory qualifications:

B.E. in Computers / IT / Electronics / Software.

Responsibilities:

Lead solution discovery analysis and subsequent requirements gathering that support the strategy and objectives contained in the brief.
Capture and documentation of project requirements that includes SRS / FRS, SDD, SOW, Proposal, diagrams, user stories, technical, business requirement (BRD) and others based on the requirement.
Preparing design, timeline, and design elements with design team; approximate cost estimation by conversing with tech team and running feasibility tests on all projects.
Making wireframes using the latest wireframing tools (like Figma) and building clickable prototypes with design team.
Direct customer/client interaction (onsite and offsite) particularly in sales assistive and/or pre-sales functions includes managing their demands, expectations, and challenges appropriately (eliciting clear-definite project requirements from the client).
Conducting meetings and creating effective presentations to share ideas and findings.
Discussing the range of requirements and crafting the solutions with the senior / technical team to clear doubts regarding requirements and mitigate risks.
Prepare solution presentation for key accounts that can help sales team in successful closure.
Balance out requirements prioritization alongside client stakeholders and internal development team.
Must conduct the business workshops as required, creating end to end processes, designing as to be system and process analysis.
Need to work on large digital transformation requirements (IT, IoT and Data Analytics) that requires working closely with product/platform/solution architects team members and to deliver on timely basis.
Evaluating business processes and uncovering areas for improvement.
Adopt best practices for IoT / Data Analytics solutions requirement crafting with the latest technology trends.

An Ideal candidate should:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in consulting/crafting solution for multiple industries.
Both presales and post sales.
Excellence in communication (internal team members and external with clients), documentation (like MS office), research, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
SDLC life cycle, agile processes, and high level of understanding of the tools/technologies used during the project development.
Hands-on experience of tools (Figma, Invision, Balsamiq, Fluid UI, or any other) to design architecture, use-case, user-flow, wireframes, or similar diagrams.
Solution documentation/crafting experience in MEAN stack; data science-engineering-analysis technologies; databases like SQL, MongoDB, Document DB; cloud (AWS or Azure) and on-premises.

Sr. Business Development Executive

Location : Ahmedabad

Mandatory qualifications:

Bachelor degree education: B. Tech. in computer, computer science, information technology, or related field is required.
Master degree education: Marketing, Sales is preferred and plus, but not essential.
Specialized knowledge: IoT, AI and Web/Mobility technologies. Plus, but not essential like Reality application, chatbot, cloud, RPA, DevOps, service now, and others.
Computer skills: Proficient in MS office suite.
Sales tools: Knowledge of these tools is plus but not essential like CRM (Zoho / Salesforce), Project Management (Jira / Projects), MQL / SQL generation (Pardot / Marketo), Data Mining (Hoover / ZoomInfo), Meeting (Go To Meeting / MS Teams / Zoom) and others.

Responsibilities:

Book in-person meetings for management / senior team members to meet while visiting at prospective client location to performs discovery sessions, coordinates demonstrations or opportunity discussion / closure.
Handle and manage end-to-end sales cycle (virtually and / or in-person) - lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and closing deals via different sales and marketing channels.

Required Skills:
